Lovely renovated flat by Vatican

Was very nice, we come back for sure.

Pros: The apartment is very well located, close to the Vatican. It's well-equipped. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. Leonardo was very helpful and kind, thank you.

Spacious apartment for the group

Pros: The location is super, close to Vatican and walking distance to most touristic spots. Close to underground station, spacious and with air condition.

Cons: It needs refurbishment/renovation for some elements, e.g. table looks battered. The cleaning should be improved too, especially for the floors.

Pros: Very large rooms, all the facilities you need and in a fantastic location.

Perfect base for a tourist trip to Rome.

Pros: The decor was clean and fresh and felt homely but like an exclusive hotel at the Somme time. Well situated for the metro and Vatican. Bedrooms were roomy and beds were large and comfortable

Great Location with spacious and nicely appointed accommodations

Pros: Francesca was the initial communicator, their instructions are mostly direct and straight forward, but not much flexibility on timing, however we made it work on our end. We were introduced via message to Leandro to meet for the check in however when we contacted him he was on vacation so he turned us over to Sylvia- she was amazing.

Cons: Apartment is in a good location a few blocks away from the real happening area of Prati. There is a ton of construction occurring at the metro which was closed so that made the area a bit challenging to navigate on foot. It was totally doable for us, but we were traveling with 2-older people and it can present some challenges unless you use taxis. The apartment itself is spacious, nicely appointed and clean. You can tell at some point there was money invested to update much of the space. It could use a bit of maintenance; areas need some repainting, curtains have some tears or the pulls do not operate and the shower fixtures and doors are showing some wear and tear. None of these should be deal breakers, but if not addressed will only deteriorate further. Only parlor and one bedroom have air conditioning and the other bedroom a ceiling fan which didn't work, however once we made Sylvia aware she mobilized and tried new batteries in the remote, and then a handy man. I was so impressed that they had the fan replaced the next morning to ensure our comfort since it's been incredibly hot in Rome. This shows me the owner does care and want's to ensure the unit remains a competitive rental. I'd have no issue returning the space and location made it a great fit for us. While there are less expenses units this is worth the premium based on those points alone.

Wunderbare Tage in Rom im Spätherbst

Pros: Wunderschöne Altbau Wohnung mitten in Prati, 800m vom Vatikan - sehr geräumig & wundervoller Antik Flair Gastro in der Umgebung sehr lecker & preislich attraktiv U-Bahn Station vor der Haustür Hervorzuheben: Margherita! Sie hat uns perfekt in allem unterstützt und war einfach zauberhaft!

Pros: Duża przestrzeń, fantastyczne położenie blisko Watykanu i tuż przy metrze, wszędzie można szybko się dostać.

Cons: Maleńka łazienka, szkoda że nie było kawy i herbaty.

Pros: Miejsce w centrum. Obok stacja metra. Dwie sypialnie i dwie łazienki (super udogodnienie), klimatyzacja. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem przy zameldowaniu.

Pros: Super lokalita,priestranost bytu,dve kúpeľne,stanica metra v blízkosti

Cons: V spálni pri kúpeľni štrngal luster bolo to dosť nepríjemné, hlučná ulica,zišlo by sa odstrániť menšie nedostatky ako obitý stôl a nová malovka.
