Best location you could get in Rome.

Pros: Very comfortable for 3 guests and had all the amenities you need !

Cons: In the early mornings was a bit noisy as the windows are old and don’t close perfectly

Pros: location was great, close to everythign and surrounded with good coffee spots and restaurants the appartmenet was very well equipped with everything one might need - having a washing machine is great. kitchen and toilet were very well stocked as well

Cons: there is a fair bit of noise but thats' to be expected with the location and is manageable with earplugs

Perfect location but a little noisy

Pros: The location was perfect, felt safe and secure, Communication with the host was great. Good to have a washing machine.

Cons: The noise was a bit too much, if you are a light sleeper maybe this isn't for you, the 3 bars/restaurants in the street are noisy and throw glass bottles around all night then the garbage collection starts before sunrise collecting the bottles. The power also trips out if using more than one appliance and the lights flicker but this is a very old building so this might be normal for Rome ?

Pros: Good location, clean room. The restaurants at the same street was perfect. We walked everywhere no need public Transportation.

Pros: The apartment is in a central location, 5 minutes from Trevi, the place is very comfortable, there were 4 of us, there is a room with a bed and a wardrobe and a sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen with electric stove, microwave and refrigerator, there are groceries in the cupboard. The area is not scary Felt were secure Luca, a wonderful host who responds to any question.

Cons: The noise in the morning when the garbage truck arrives.

Excellent location and vfm

Pros: Excellent location, five minutes walk from Fontana di Trevi and Spanish Steps. Walking distance to many other attractions, Piazza Navona, Via del Corso, Pantheon etc are less than 20mins walk. Even Colosseum and Vatican are within walking distance if you are up for it (30-40 mins). One very nice Italian tavern and one traditional Italian deli right oposite the apartment, many options for groceries and super market within 1-2 mins walk. Appartment was as shown in the pictures and even better as the kitchen is upgraded than what is shown in the pictures. Very comfortable mattress in the bedroom, sofa bed enough to accomodate 2 pre-teens. Very good communication with the owner. A very well placed and nice appartment, definitely value for money compared to area prices.

Cons: Noise early in the morning coming from the street from cleaners etc as the windows are a bit old.
