Enjoy Vatican Holiday in Rome

Pros: The proximity to the Vatican, metro line, restaurants and hop on hop off bus and groceries.

Cons: A wee bit noisy because the hospital is nearby, so ambulances are frequent.

I can truly recommend this place for a short city break or for a longer stay.

Pros: There was no breakfast services but our apartment owner left bowls full of croissonts, muffins, sweet rolls, cakes etc. with a big choice of jams, honey. We found also left for us an olive oil bottle, milk, water and juice - a very nice welcome. The location was also great - very close to the city of Vatican, many shops, bars and reastaurants nearby. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, each has direct access to its own bathroom. Kitchen is equipped very well with anything you need to cook or serve dishes. The place is good and very comfortable even for four or five guests.

Pros: The owner is very friendly and accommodating. He met us upon arrival and provided a lot of information on transportation, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The pictures of the apartment are very accurate. The refrigerator came stocked with water, butter, and milk. There was also a variety of coffees, teas, and pastries. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. It was perfect for our group of three. The apartment's location is perfect. The Cipro Metro is 5 minutes walking. There is a 24 hours Carrefour Market 7 minutes walking. The Vatican Museum entrance is 10 minutes walking. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries all within walking distance. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Rome.

Pros: Our stay was amazing! Apartment was well prepared and equipped, just like home. Everything you need to live, you will find. We were welcomed very nice, got many tips about the location and how to commute. There was a coffee, tee and snacks for our group, something to drink as well. I do not consider it as standard. Building has an elevator and amazing garden. thanks for the stay!

Pros: Nice and tidy apartment with a good view. Walking distance to Vatican, close to subway stations, and a big supermarket. Gianni was an extermely kind and helpful man. He made our stay in Rome really nice and comfortable. The capsule coffee machine with heaps of coffee made me feel like I am in Italy. Morning bread which was provided on the table was great, too. When you come into the propery, you can feel you are welcomed. Highly recommended! It was a great stay.

Pros: We stayed in Rome for two days, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Gianni was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing us with an abundance of delicious food and beverages. The room was cozy, warm, and impeccably clean. Every aspect of our stay, from the comfortable bed to the spotless bathroom, made us feel right at home. Our time in Rome was made even more memorable thanks to Gianni's hospitality and the charm of his guesthouse. I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting Rome—you're guaranteed to have a wonderful stay!

Brilliant family holiday

Pros: The host was just brilliant, offered suggestions on places to eat and was on hand for any questions. The apartment was beautiful and perfect location. Thank you for a lovely place to stay.

Cons: Nothing it was just great

Pros: Alessio is a very good host. You can easily reach out to him about your concerns. Complimentary goodies (muffins, biscuits, coffee, tea, and water) are also provided. Very thoughtful also for giving us Colomba di Pasqua, an Italian traditional Easter bread, since we went during the Holy Week. I hope this practice will continue for a long time. Resources (Cipro Metro Station, Carrefour supermarket, restaurants, and bus stops) are also very accessible from the property. You can reach the Vatican by walking or by taking the bus. Other Rome attractions can be reached by taking the metro or bus.

Pros: The apartment met all my expectations. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. The host was always in contact with us if we needed it. The kitchen equipped with all the things to prepare a meal. apartment in a good location not far from the subway ( about 5 min on foot)
