Pros: Location -apartment is located in calm area.with easy access to Centrum. There are many cafes, restaurants as well as supermarkets close to this place.

Cons: Everything was ok.

A spacious, well-equipped apartment with a friendly host — highly recommended!

Pros: The host was extremely friendly and flexible with the key handover time, which made our arrival much easier. The apartment is spacious, with multiple bedrooms, making it comfortable even for five people. It is well-equipped, featuring a microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, free WiFi which added to our convenience. The apartment was also very clean, which we really appreciated. The location is practical: since it is on the ground floor, there was no need to climb stairs, which was especially useful. Although it is not in the city center, the transportation is excellent; Rome’s downtown can be reached in 15-20 minutes without transfers.

Pros: loved this apartment. Great roof top gym (free weights- just what I needed), lovely apartment, comfy bed, good shower. The woman who met me to show me in was charming- really kind and sweet. Orange juice and yummy coffee was left for me. Really responsive host on whatsapp when I forgot the key code to get in. Was a 25 min walk to the Colosseum and my office, but I love walking so was very happy to make the journey on foot through a residential but calm and safe neighbourhood. Will stay again. Good location ideal for a small family very neat and clean and well done apartment

Cons: Hot water was an issue considering the cold climate

Pros: The flat is really nice, modern and nordic in expression. The spare room for kids is very comfortable. The flat is on the ground floor and there is access to a very nice courtyard. The check-in was easy and Diego is very helpful and professional. The area is nice - lots of good restaurents, groceries and even a marked. So nice to live away from the crowds of central Rome but the metro is just 1 km away to go there then you want. Colosseum is within walking distance. We would love to return!

Was good value in Rome, clean, comfortable, modern interior, and Diego is a very friendly host!

Pros: Clean, modern interior. Ground floor (no need to go many stairs or take elevator).

Cons: For some reason the large bedroom always stayed quite warm - mystery - while the rest of the appartment was well air conditioned.

Pros: Diego, our host, was amazing - friendly, professional, helpful, kind. The apartment was spacious and felt like home. Everything was clean and the decor was lovely. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine. Air conditioning in the lounge. We stayed here while attending a conference at Sapienza University. I highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Rome for more than a few days. There are grocery stores within walking distance. The bus stop is nearby, but the metro station is a bit of a distance to walk (not ideal for older people - my aunt was with me, and she did not want to use the metro. We mostly used Uber and FreeNow). I would definitely stay here again if I came to Rome for 3 or more days. We stayed here for 6 nights.

Lovely stay in Rome

Pros: Spacious, comfortable place located in quiet neighborhood, 15min by bus from Colloseum... with private terrace! Contact with the owners of the apartment was very good (booking.com messages), quality/price ratio is also great. We spend a really nice weekend in Rome and our accomodation supported our lovely stay.

Cons: The only small minus I would give for water setting under the shower - it is either hot or cold, hard.

Perfect place to discover Rome away from the crowds

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and modern. It is conveniently located very close to a bus stop that brings you to any known location in Rome. So although it is a bit far away from the center, with the bus everything is easily reachable. A special thanks to our host Diego who was extremely friendly. He arranged for some nice attentions at our arrival and was always immediately available for any questions.

Cons: The only issue we had was with the shower but hopefully Diego already took care of it so nothing else to complain about.

Pros: L'appartamento è lontano dal centro , in una zona tranquilla che permette dì riposare e rilassarsi, inoltre si trova a 10 minuti di distanza dalla metro per raggiungere agevolmente i luoghi principali. La location si presenta molto pulita e confortevole, la sensazione è proprio quella di trovarsi a casa e non ospiti di una struttura. Siamo stati accolti con cura e gentilezza dal proprietario. Torneremo sicuramente per i prossimi soggiorni a Roma.
