Great spacious apartment, well located for exploring Rome

Pros: Good location. Great for exploring the city, just a short walk to the Trevi fountain & pantheon. Pretty quiet area despite being a busy street. Spacious apartment. Some good facilities; washing machine, iron, safe, etc. Good kitchen area; full size cooker & oven, microwave, fridge / freezer etc. Generally clean enough. Property felt safe & secure. Beds comfortable. Although some negatives noted, overall this is a great apartment & I would re-book again if I get the opportunity to visit Rome again.

Cons: The page of rules that was left. Some were entirely appropriate, but some were crazy. €100 fine is any dishes left in sink. State you must remove all rubbish before you leave (€100 fine if you dont), but there is no direction as to where to put it. Can't just be left on the street, & no big bins to put it in. The kettle was unusable, thick with white scale that couldn't be removed properly despite scrubbing. The seals around the shower were dreadfully dirty (the shower unit itself was spotless though). The heating / aircon is only available at certain times of year. The heating was on a timer & was adequate for the time of year, visitors might want more control & more heating as the temperature drops.

Pros: Lit confortable, logement propre. Appartement très très bien situé avec un ascenseur ce qui est très agréable en fin de journée! Wifi de très bonne qualité. Immeuble dans une rue calme et voisin calme également. Immeuble bien entretenu et sécurisé.

Cons: Logement petit et douche très étroite. Équipement assez peu fourni dans l’appartement (lave linge mais aucune lessive, très peu de vaisselle)
