Excelent location, nice owner.

Pros: Excelent location, few minutes from metro station, 2-6 stops from all major atractions. Helpful and kind owner. Big apartment with 2 large balcony. Secure garage parking with resonable price with reservation located in building basement. Medium size shopping mall with large supermarket 2 min walk from building. Easy approach to apartment location from highway.

Cons: Furniture is little dated. But, you are in Rome to see Rome not to look at the furniture in apartment :D . So its not that important.

Pros: Everything was great, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend the place and will return in the future. Thank you!

Inexpensive, comfortable, close to Vatican. Avoid the neighbourhood if you are in a wheelchair.

Pros: - Large apartment, good enough for us, wheelchair users. I like the Mediterranean roller blinds that make sure no light disturbs you. - Not one but TWO balconies, perfect to enjoy the morning coffee outside. - Convenient location close to a metro station, bus stops and a major shopping centre. - Small, but comfortable bathroom with a washing machine. - The apartment has everything you need to live like you are at home. - The owner is very welcoming and does a lot to accommodate your special wishes and needs (got the apartment ready for us HOURS before the official check-in time!). - By Italian standards, the neighbourhood is relatively quiet. - To those who complain the apartment is not clean enough: this is NOT a hotel, it's a regular apartment in a regular apartment building. People come and go to live there and use it like their own, so it cannot be as good as new at all times! Does your own house look and feel like a hotel? And would you even like it to?

Cons: - The owner takes a little long to reply to messages, which feels somewhat worrisome at times. - While the apartment itself is recommendable for travellers with impaired mobility, the neighbourhood is NOT. Aside for a high step at the entrance (but we found a portable ramp for it in the apartment, which was great!), there's always a car blocking the step-free access from the street. If you are alone in your wheelchair, you will NOT be able to enter or leave the property on your own, or even with someone's assistance. - The Valle Aurelia neighbourhood is very steep, so if you can choose, stay closer to the Cipro station.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay, it was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Good location, close to the center. Nice owner, he helped us a lot with choosing a restaurant and with a taxi to the airport. I recommend.

Amazing place to stay for a big company or family. Totally recommend!

Pros: Perfect location a couple of minutes from the metro station and a shopping mall with a great grocery store. Amazing and friendly host Adriano who was very helpful and recommended some good places to visit and helped with our queries. The apartment is spacious and cozy, with 2 balconies and everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Our stay was in the middle of February, but the heating system made the temperature in the apartment comfortable.

Cons: Everything was great, but the bathroom door was a bit noisy making its opening loud for other people in the apartment.

Pros: The best feature about this apartment is its size and location. It is very spacious and very close to the department store with a well stocked grocery. The host, Adriano, was very responsive and helpful.

Pleasant stay

Pros: Location, parking in front of the building. Supermarket and metro station less than 3 minutes on foot. Surrounding is also very nice, shopping mall with huge supermarket right across street. Restaurants and small shops nearby. Apartments was very good, spacious and clean. Has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Host was extremely helpful, providing all necessary information to us.

Cons: No remarks, it was as we exprected.

Pros: Bardzo dobry kontakt z Właścicielem. Przestronne, jasne mieszkanie. Bardzo blisko metra i galerii z dużym sklepem spożywczym.

It was a great experience.

Pros: It was clean, nice, good location. Had everything you needed. There is a supermarket nearby and a train and bus station.

Cons: The elevator is a bit too small for wheelchairs.
